This API endpoint lets you send transactions directly to TaxBit for immediate recording in our database, enabling quick calculations and analytics. This endpoint uses external (your organization's) account and transaction IDs.
Please note that if you want to override an existing transaction, you simply need to resend the new transaction with the same id and account_id values.
Transactions must be sent to TaxBit in the TaxBit Transaction Data Model (TDM) format. To learn more about the Transaction Data Model, please read Transaction Data Model v2.
The default rate limit is set at 50 requests per second (RPS). Should your application require a higher RPS, please contact your Implementation Manager to discuss your requirements.
