Withdraws an open request for new tax documentation of the given document_type, made with POST /v1/account-owners/{id}/tax-documentation-data/resubmission-requests. Once withdrawn, the request no longer sets needs_resubmission: true on the matching questionnaire in GET /v1/account-owners/{id}/tax-documentation-status, and the Taxbit SDK no longer prompts the end user for new documentation because of it. The ACCOUNT_OWNER_TAX_DOCUMENTATION_STATUS webhook fires with the updated status. The existing tax documentation stays valid and usable throughout.
