Flags the Account Owner's tax documentation of the given document_type as needing resubmission. This sets needs_resubmission: true on the matching questionnaire in GET /v1/account-owners/{id}/tax-documentation-status. The existing tax documentation stays valid and usable until new documentation is submitted. The ACCOUNT_OWNER_TAX_DOCUMENTATION_STATUS webhook fires with the updated status. The Taxbit SDK prompts the end user to submit new documentation on their next visit. To withdraw the request before new documentation is submitted, use DELETE /v1/account-owners/{id}/tax-documentation-data/resubmission-requests/{document_type}. Calling this endpoint when the tax documentation already needs resubmission, or when new documentation has already been requested for it, changes nothing, returns the current state, and sends no webhook.
